We enjoy getting people started on their fitness journey and will develop an exercise program that works for YOU.  We take into consideration your goals, your fitness level and your physical limitations when planning your training sessions. You can include private training, group training, or a combination of both. You can meet one-on-one with your trainer as often as you like to help you stay on track.

Our most popular and cost effective training session is the Jump Start.  A Jump Start is a full hour workout for a half hour training price and it works like this:  You arrive up to 30 minutes before your training session and use our cardio equipment.  Then, depending on your goals,  your trainer will lead you individually through exercises which may include strength and conditioning, balance, core work and stretching.
