PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal Training has been the centerpiece of XO Fitness since we opened in 2007. We enjoy getting people started on their fitness journey and will develop an exercise program that works for YOU.  We take into consideration your goals, your fitness level and your physical limitations when planning your training sessions. We highly recommend that you begin with our Introductory Special so can meet one-on-one with a trainer. We offer 30 minute trainings which focus on improving your strength, balance and flexibility. You are welcome to utilize our cardio equipment either prior to or following your training session. We offer a wide variety of cardio pieces including treadmills, ellipticals, adaptive motion trainers, bikes, rowers and a ski ergometer.

PERSONAL TRAINING CIRCUIT MEMBERSHIP

Beginning is summer 2019, we started offering this great training option which gives you the flexibility to come anytime during our regular business hours without an appointment. Our circuit has 10 stations each with easy to follow video instruction. Completing all 10 exercises takes just 15 minutes and you can complete as many circuits as you’d like. These exercises are designed to improve strength, balance, cardio & core. New exercises are set up daily to keep things interesting! You may also add a CARDIO MEMBERSHIP to help improve your aerobic fitness!
