Ryan

Your energy level is about how you move through your day. Do you feel tired or energized at the top of a flight of stairs? Chances are, you feel tired. How would you feel if you went up those same stairs with energy and exuberance? How would that change the way you interact with your co-workers, your children and your friends? Fitness is Energy for Living. Strive to live life to the fullest!

In the 1990’s, I was a Rehabilitation Engineer, whose job was to evaluate and customize environments for individuals with various levels of disability. Everything was customized to suit that person’s unique needs. I became very adept at ergonomic worksite assessments. (For fun, I raced bicycles, hiked, rock climbed and whitewater canoed.)

With the new millennium, I used my skills as a Production Engineer. My job was to make things simple, efficient and repetitive so the product was the same each and every time. (I biked to work year round and learned to adventure race!) In fitness, the product is a fit person, but no two people are the same. Trying to use standardized machines results in consistently mediocre levels of fitness.

As a Personal Trainer, my goal is to continuously change your workouts so that you never get efficient by doing something repetitively. It’s known as muscle confusion and it works wonders toward achieving your fitness goals! This results in an efficient use of your precious time! No more repetitive and boring machine workouts. I can help you workout in a way that directly changes the way you move through your life and gives you more energy for living your life to the fullest. You’re as Young as You Feel. So let’s get fit and feel great!
