Meet Jennifer

IMG_7611PHILOSOPHY: Always have balance in your life and make time for yourself.

As we age it becomes more and more important to embrace health and fitness in our life.  We all want toned muscles, a better metabolism, to be at that perfect weight, and less body fat.  But what about having stronger bones, more energy, a better night’s sleep, less sickness & stress and to improve your self-confidence and self-esteem?  These priceless benefits can also be obtained from cardio-vascular exercise and strength training.

When you become my client, your goals become my goals for you.  As a trainer my key role is to work with you to establish your fitness objective; create an action plan and put it in motion by getting started.  If motivation is what you are looking for, I am here to help you make changes to your exercise behaviors or beliefs by providing a fun, safe environment that will be challenging yet realistic and will keep you on track.
