Our Personal Training Circuit incorporates a rotation of our best personal training exercises to challenge your cardio, core, strength and balance.

The XO Fitness Personal Training circuit: It’s a workout for the rest-of-us!

Here’s what to expect:

  1. New Personal training exercises daily.
  2. A whole body cardio, core, strength and balance workout.
  3. Each round takes 15 minutes.  Do as many rounds as you like.
  4. Start anytime, at any station, and never be late again!
  5. Different exercise variations allow you to work at your level, not someone else’s.
  6. It’s a social circuit: talk about your weekend or plans without being interrupted by an instructor!
  7. No Flippin’ Tires.  Risking injury is dumb….flipping tires is NOT functional.
  8. BFF: Bring a friend for free*.  Or make new ones.  Or both.
  9. *You can bring the same friend up to 3x’s per month.  After that they should buy a membership!  We encourage you to bring (and have) as many different friends as you can (just bring one at a time, please ;-))
