Personal Training for De Pere and Greater Green Bay

Re-opening June 1st for in-person training (but continuing Zoom Training too!).  All appointments will need to be scheduled by calling (920) 339-0630 or emailing ( since additional time is being allotted to clean between clients. (No online scheduling for now).

All our personal trainings focus on improving strength, balance and flexibility.  Online trainings also achieve that goal by utilizing using your body weight, household objects, and whatever home fitness tools (if any) that you have.  If you want to share a workout with your friends on Zoom, we can do that too (it helps if you have similar abilities and fitness tools).  Please give us a call at 920-339-0630 or email if you’d like to get started.   The introductory special is still available!

For those that don’t want to hire a personal trainer, we can make a personalized video with 10 exercises using your equipment and customized to your abilities.  Cost is $45 and can be used over and over again.

While we cannot eliminate the risk of COVID-19, we have improved our ventilation, equipment spacing and staggered our appointments with the goal of having less than six clients in our entire studio at any one time (usually 3 or less).  Join our small XO community and find out what all those 5 star reviews are all about.

We are now fully open in our new location at 115 N. Wisconsin Street, De Pere.  Nearly all our renovations are complete and our new studio looks amazing! Our Personal Training Circuit incorporates a rotation of our best personal training exercises to challenge your cardio, core, strength and balance.  Participants will need to schedule a time so that only one person (or family unit) is using the circuit at a given time.

Here’s what to expect:

  1. New Personal training exercises daily.
  2. A whole body cardio, core, strength and balance workout.
  3. Each round takes 15 minutes.
  4. Schedule your appointment to use the circuit so that social distancing can happen.
  5. Different exercise variations allow you to work at your level, not someone else’s.
